Second hand on clock static - 2007/04/12 00:54 For your information

I am using the Home Screen plug-in on "the DASH" and noticed that the second hand on the clock does not advance until you scroll up and down the screen. The read out of the seconds in the digital box to the right is also static until you scroll up and down. Is this a quirk?

This affects the addon pkg as well.

I have made a special ver for the Dash and some other phones that the second hand does not work on, I'll put it up for download this weekend.

It's now up in the download section.

Remember to uninstall the old one and restart before installing.

Re:Second hand on clock static - 2007/04/18 02:29 Thanks. It works like a charm. However, I noticed that every so often it will jump 2 or sometimes 4 seconds. Probably caused by applications running in the back ground. Not sure..

This is because I want to save battery and system resources, by not updating many times a second. It's a trade off, but found this to be the best..
